Hey Amanda I'm a bum and I haven't helped you pack yet!! They got done with the cement the other day and then Ron had a half a million things for me to do to get ready for the next step of construction. If I don't get to help you pack, we will def. help you move.

What's going on with your house? I haven't heard anything for a while & you never update your blog..... hahaha!

INSPECTION IS DONE!

Well we had our inspection done on Fri and while the inspector was here I was able to fix a few of the things he pointed out right then. Sat morn we got the requests from the buyer on things to fix so we fixed a few of the things (to be nice) and left the remainder for them. We got verbal confirmation that the buyer was fine with what we left so we should be good on the sale going through! So we've mapped out the "camping" arrangements with mom and dad and are planning on moving from the 5th till the 7th. Amanda is going to start boxing up a few things this week so we wont have to work all hours of the night to get out by the 7th at 5pm. talk to ya later!

Hey anyone interested (probably mostly Jan since Angie, Amanda and I have already talked about it) in going to Tinsletown on Wednesday for the kids day? It starts at 10 am and they are showing Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. Just thought I would post the invitation since there hasn't been a new blog in a few days!

WE ARE IN ESCROW!!

yep that's right we accepted an offer and signed last night. We are ending up at 216K which is about 4K less than we really wanted to but in the interest of not getting any other activity and wanting to be in a new place by the end of summer we decided to take it. So now we just have to have the inspection, appraisal, and title stuff which we think should be no problem. So keep your eyes open cause we really don't want to be in mom and dads driveway with the trailer for to long!!

Aidan's Birthday

Thanks Jill for posting happy birthday to Aidan. He did have a good day although Nathan thinks that all the toys are for him, naturally. I was thinking that since we will be getting together for father's day (unless it is a repeat of mother's day) then we can just celebrate Aidan's birthday then. If we don't get together then I will plan something else. On that note, what are we planning for Father's Day??? Anything?? What are you guys up for??
