INSPECTION IS DONE!
Well we had our inspection done on Fri and while the inspector was here I was able to fix a few of the things he pointed out right then. Sat morn we got the requests from the buyer on things to fix so we fixed a few of the things (to be nice) and left the remainder for them. We got verbal confirmation that the buyer was fine with what we left so we should be good on the sale going through! So we've mapped out the "camping" arrangements with mom and dad and are planning on moving from the 5th till the 7th. Amanda is going to start boxing up a few things this week so we wont have to work all hours of the night to get out by the 7th at 5pm. talk to ya later!

Packing is soooo much fun! Looks like everything is coming along good so far! Did you guys put in an offer on that one place up by Lance & Nicole?

Yeah we put in an offer on that place. It was a low ball offer and their counter was to high but there was also some other points that convoluted the whole deal so we rejected it. We are looking at another place with 5 acres and a 2/2 man. home. We are concerned wioth the water - 1/4 gal min. We are having a guy come and "witch" to see if there is a possibility of finding more so we'll see.
