We are in escrow with the new property!
We finally got the sellers to agree to a price and they finally signed the papers. Their realtor faxed the paperwork to their mortgage holders and so hopefully we'll be able to get a green light from them and proceed with all the necessary inspections and tests. We are hoping to get an answer by the end of the week so we wont have to move everything twice! We will let everybody know as soon as we know more!!

We were going to call you guys and see what the answer was. Ron and I drove up there today so I could show him but that darn dog was still there and charged our car! Hope he's gone soon. Congrats guys, it's a great place!!
